Union Savings Bank believes in the importance of providing our
customers with products or services that we believe may meet your
financial needs, we may exchange limited nonpublic personal information
about you to nonaffiliated firms that conduct marketing services on our
behalf, or with other financial institutions in order to offer financial
products or services pursuant a joint agreement. To protect our
customer’s privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain
strong confidentiality protections and limit the use of information we
provide. Our agreements with these companies strictly prohibit the use of
selling information to other third parties. Such information exchanged
includes:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such
as your name, address, social security number, assets, and income;
- Information we receive from a consumer- reporting agency, such as

safeguard your privacy. We restrict employee access to customer
information to only those who have a business reason to know such

the Code of Ethics and Confidentiality Statement, which all employees are
required to adhere too.
Information on Former Customers
In the event you terminate your customer relationship with us, or
become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the policies
and practices described in this notice and will not share information we
have collected about you except as permitted or required by law.
